QUALIFICATIONS - English (Required) - Customer relationship management (Required) - Writing skills - Sales - Microsoft Office - Customer service - Account management PAY - $20 - $28 an hour SHIFT AND SCHEDULE - Full-time - Monday to Friday - Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week LOCATION​ - Los Angeles, CA BENEFITS - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY Our Client Service Representative II, as part of the Customer Relations team, will assist the Gallery Director and CEO in the generation of sales, maintaining client relations, and interacting with clients to see orders through to completion. DUTIES: - Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business. - Guide clients through the entire order process from inception to fulfillment. - Ensure prompt responses to client emails, including inquiries directed to the Info account (info@thomashayesstudio.com) - Support Thomas by researching clients in advance to provide relevant information for estimates. - Maintain an organized call/estimate list and promptly identify urgent estimates. - Maintain updated records of client interactions, noting relationship dynamics and their impact on the industry. - Identify VIP clients and ensure they receive specialized attention throughout the organization. - Coordinate the dispatch of sample kits tailored to each client’s requirements expeditiously. - Support Thomas by facilitating communication between clients, Thomas, and the CRS team to ensure seamless follow-up on the pending sales. - Proactively reconnect with clients with whom communication has lapsed. - Coordinate sending of Thank You cards, gifts, and unique samples as per Thomas’s directives. - Actively introduce existing clients to new products through personalized outreach efforts. - Fulfill miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the Showroom & its staff. REQUIREMENTS - 2-3 years of client/customer service experience preferred. - Ability to express self effectively, both orally and in writing. - Consistent punctuality. - Ability to focus on details; organize work; and the ability to prioritize workload. - Ability to effectively handle telephone contacts. - Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Showroom and be a team player. - Ability and judgment to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Thorough command of the English language, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation. - High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
